FLYING SAFARIS

Duration: 2 nights 3 days
Description:Fly from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park to stay 2 nights at Porini Camp. From Porini you will be taken out on morning and afternoon game drives in a 4 wheel drive safari vehicle with an experienced driver-guide who is based at the camp and knows the area well.
Day 1
Fly from Wilson Airport Nairobi with Safarilink 0845 to arrive at Amboseli airstrip at 1010. You will be met on arrival by a safari vehicle from Porini Camp and will then spend the morning game-viewing in Amboseli Park followed by a picnic lunch. Later in the afternoon you will drive into Selenkay Conservancy to stay 2 nights at Porini Camp. In the evening you will have a drive within the Conservation Area ending with a sundowner at a scenic spot. Return to camp for a shower, dinner and overnight.
Day 2
Awake to the noisy calls of the birds and have an early morning game drive in the conservancy followed by breakfast in camp. After breakfast you can relax in camp or take a further drive within the conservancy before lunch. In the afternoon you will be escorted on a walk by Maasai trackers and a guide, who will give you an insight into their fascinating culture and way of life. Return to camp for dinner followed by a night game drive to look for nocturnal animals such as aardvarks, serval cats, caracals, bat-eared foxes, African wild cats, as well as the other wildlife species in Selenkay Conservancy.
Day 3
Early breakfast and then drive into Amboseli Park and on to the airstrip for the Safarilink flight to Nairobi leaving at 10:15 and arriving around 11:05.
